Terms of Conditions

Hereby are the terms of conditions that regulate Clients request, except for what directly agreed or accepted during the actual booking. Management reserve although to rights to modify the terms of conditions for new request without previous advise.

Booking formalities

  • Room availabilities is not mandatory and does not assume to be a contract in any way or for nobody.
  • In case of room availabilities a communication will be send to the client that will contain the sum of conditions based on his/her request (date of staying, prices... ), to be confirmed within 48 hours. Without confirmation within the the requested, recervation will be cancelled.
  • The booking is confirmed when a 30% deposit payment is received by the hotel. Otherwise, it is possible to guarantee booking with credit card..

Confirmed booking through deposit payment.

Booking is confirmed only when we receive the deposit payment and this need to happen within 3 days from the booking date.

Terms deposit payment and related penalities:

  • Terms of payments accepted: Bank transfer, Postal order, Banker's draft (non-transferable), Credit card
  • Requested amount: 30% on the total for the stay
  • Deposit payment date: 3 day/s

In case of booking confirmation through credit card, the Client authorized the deposit payment charge conceptually at the envoy of personal data.

The deposit payment is Not Refundable in the case of late Client Cancellation

Confirm booking throughout credit card.

No amount will be previously charge, eccept for deposit. The final bill will be payed directly at the Hotel.

Communication terms of credit card data and related penalties.:

  • Last date / time for the credit card data communication.: 3 day/s
  • Penalties in case of late cancellations or no show.: 30% on the total for the stay

Other useful informations related to booking.

  • Management reserve the rights to request a full down payment at the time of Client arrival or weekly down payment.
  • In case od early departure Management reserve the right to calculate the full price for the dates of the actual staying and the board price for the remaining time.
  • For what expressively reported, booking is regulated by decree "C.C.I.A.A. n. 364 of 10/07/1976", delivered by Lucca Province in the "hotel sector usage" regulation.
